Aam Aadmi...What are his basic needs?

Lets list:
1) Good roads
But hey is it enough to have them only in our constituency?
People say my MLA is very good, see roads in our constituency. But tell me, do you travel only within your constituency? From here to there? Gharachyaghara Khandepara?
Do all your relatives and friends are in your constituency only? Your workplace is near to your house? always?
What about hospitals, schools, colleges, religious places? are they all in one constituency?

Its not, so we need to have good roads all over the state. Even in the constituencies of opposition MLAs. But is it happening in Goa?
If a bad road kills someone, will it see if that person is Hindu or Christian or Muslim? Good roads all over Goa, would benefit all. And who can give these roads to us?
Whose name come to our mind amongst the Politicians in Goa, who has the will and intelligence to achieve this? And only one name comes to our mind.
Current government is making big promises for building 4 lane roads across Goa.
However what about the normal state roads, taluka roads and village roads in ALL of the state?
We want good roads, not extra w i d e roads, where there is extra space which eats extra money from our pockets in the form of toll.

Do we want Government which promises to spend a lot of money on surveying to build a BIG bridge across Zuari from Vasco to Dona Paula?
And remember its not a 'concrete' bridge, its just a survey, probably to eat money from commission?
What about the aspirations of the common man, the most praised, sought after aam aadmi, to get a quick and easier access to other parts of state?
Specially take the example of people living on islands in Goa? Why no bridge there? Why no bridge in Canacona over Galgibag and Talpan?
Why no bridge from Madkai to Agassim? Hmmm.. But again may be surveying for these bridges may not yield much money to buy enough votes.

2) Jobs: Government job is to provide an atmosphere where jobs get created due to strong economy. It is NOT supposed to created artificial government sector jobs at lower levels and then to sell it off for either vote bank or cash.
Just Imagine, If govt is creating jobs where it is not required who will pay salaries for these people?
How will they survive?
The money which could have been spent to develop facilities which could have resulted in creating more well paying jobs, will be spent on salaries of people who do nothing. This will take the state into debt trap and nothing new will happen. So no more jobs and Govt will have no money as tax collection will drop hence current government jobs will also get threatened.

3) Behavior at Government offices: Aam admi faces various hardships in Govt offices. People over there never behave well with him. Its job of Govt that public servants behave with aam admi like, well an servant. He is never treated well at Govt offices, people there even ask for bribes to do his normal work. 'Thats' why he has to go to MLA to get his "favor" to get his work done. A Govt should work to make them understand that they are servant of aam admi.

4) Power supply, Security, Water supply: These are essential for aam admi and these services should never fail him or never he should require to go to any Govt official or MLA to get these services fairly.
For Police it must happen that aam admi considers police as his friend and the baddies fear them. Currently we see the reverse of it happening.

If we can get this done for aam admi, imagine how the life will become.
Then there will not be any need for aam admi to go to MLAs house begging money to pay electricity bills, Fees, getting personal work done, getting rice, dal during festivals etc.

Aam Aadmi will live happily and most importantly with pride. However, sadly, This pride is getting lost these days.
